Weight loss – without the diet culture

I’ve been a dietitian for over 6 years, and in that time I’ve helped over 2000 people lose weight and fix their relationship with food. 

I’ve learnt exactly what you need to do, and what you need to avoid to be successful. 
Over the next 8 weeks, I’m going to help you lose 3-5+kgs.

Nope 🙂

All of the recipes are built with a family in mind (I’ve got a 4 year old and 7 year old to feed so I get it!) but I will also be able to help you make any further adjustments you and your family need.

If you’ve tried an 8 week program that’s helped you understand your individual food requirements, has given you the skills to go “off plan” and still hit your goals all while having direct access to your dietitian throughout the whole process and that hasn’t worked… then this program probably won’t work for you either. But if you haven’t tried that, I am confident this is the program you’ve been needing.

There will be multiple workshop times each week to try and make them as accessible as possible, but if there’s ever a week you can’t make any of them you will still be able to work through the video in your own time, and ask me any questions that pop up (it just won’t be as fun as doing it all together)

Not necessarily. You will need to either take measurements or use scales, but you can decide which is better for you. The only two people who will know these numbers are you and me. You will never be asked to share your results publicly.

The goal of this program is not to just get some immediate results, but to give you all the tools and knowledge you need to maintain this weight loss long term. While you may not achieve your big picture weight loss goal in these 8 weeks, the skills you learn will stick with you long after the 8 weeks have finished.

Hell no. While you might need to make some adjustments, particularly in the initial phase, I would never encourage you to completely cut out anything.

There are at least 30 meal ideas that take less than 20 minutes to cook and simply require you to combine a few different packet options. The meal ideas are also set out like recipes from a recipe book, and are very easy to follow.

I’ll get a list of all the foods you don’t like to make sure your initial plan doesn’t include them, and throughout the program you’ll learn how to make sensible swaps with the existing recipes.

No problem! I’ll gather all of that information in your intake form to make sure your plan is suited to you, and as we move through the program you’ll learn how to make any other adjustments you may need.

Just make sure to mention that in your intake form so I can adjust your plan appropriately 🙂 BUT, adequate sleep and good family/social support are a must. If that’s not you right now, this is probably not the right time to work on weight loss and that’s ok. Focus on you, focus on bub, and I’ll be here when things have settled.
